BEWARE - SCAM ALERT
They designed our logo and stated they were able to help build and host our website which we mistakenly agreed to after the logo experience went okay. After hiring them based on low initial costs they continued to approach us with continuous fees that were never disclosed initially. What started as a $5k fee turned into almost $15k overall. We paid hosting and maintenance fees for a three year duration and got in writing that they there would be ZERO additional fees for three years, within 6 months the website is no longer working and they have now continued to try to extort us for thousands more dollars to keep it running along with threats that companies are coming after our copyright and they need fees to prevent it. They are true scam artists, do not use them.

Five days ago I left a five star review…
Five days ago I left a five star review for your company. I left it because I was happy with the design. Since then I have had to wait five days for one of your representatives to call me back to “finalize“ my order I have been waiting to start my website until I could get this logo. Your finalizing of my order was a 10 minute high-pressure sales call Attempting to force me into agreeing to a copyright deal that is completely unnecessary for me to start using this logo. Your high-pressure sales tactic has cost me five days worth of business. My five star review of your work quality has become a one star review for your company’s sales ideology. You have lost a customer for life.

avoid this company
I have had a very bad experience with this company, such a time and money waste. I have ordered the logo on a promotional rate and I got a preview of it, than they asked me to pay extra fees to get it in different formats. I was lucky to save a screenshot with promises to get the logo with all the formats with envelope and businesses card template included in the package. Than after we processed with the website design and development with promised completion time within 3 weeks, but it turns to be almost 6 month and end up with uncompleted project. They have also done charge on my card without approval. Please avoid this company, save your time and money.

Predatory and sneaky pricing.
Initially, I did not have a bad experience with LogoKnox as they completed the logo work for me; though it also had extra cost, I just dealt with it. The issue arose when they offered to do my website. I explained that I had a budget of $1,500.00, and that was the end of the story. The website development took weeks, but around the time we were finishing, I had extra costs that they knew were present but did not inform me of before we started. The website ate the budget, but days before finishing, I was asked if I wanted the website optimized for mobile viewing. I decided not to because I was at my budget limit. They then also explained that I needed to do copyright protection, and it was required by law, and If I did not pay the additional fee to do so, they could not release my new website to me. Well, I continued to be the sucker as I also was offered to host. Because when they redid the website, they required me to move to their dedicated servers. (Dedicated Servers literally mean something you don't have access to.) They explained that I just had to move to WordPress. Well, the services cost me more than 3k total. At this time, my website just went down for an unknown reason. I contacted them for information about the hosting of my website, to which they would never give me the true credentials to things like the FTP access to upload to my website manually. The website being totally down, they explain I had multiple things they could do for me. I could hire them for the security and maintenance package 1-time fee of 499.00 and offered a 6-48 month package ranging from 600-2000. I decided just to cut my losses. I had made too many mistakes already in dealing with this company.
I do believe that the work that they do is serviceable, but they will trap you, and I guarantee you spend more than they quote you on. The salespeople are pushy, and after your purchase, there is no help to be found. I will not go back, and I hope this story helps others trying to decide on something simple or complicated to look elsewhere. The last word of advice is after they complete a service for you like a website, please make sure to change the admin e-mail and the passwords to get into your website. I played the fool and got played well.

The thing I most upset about is they…
The thing I most upset about is they sold my phone number and name. At least 6 times a day I get spam texts and phone calls. The next thing I'm upset about is they gave me 4 logo designs and only 1 of them didn't look like a child had done them. When I asked for revisions I had to wait 4 days and contact their chat before my project manager Alex would respond to me They say you can have unlimited revisions but I never got one. I emailed my project manager Alex that I would go with the nice one since it had been 4 days and I hadn't heard from him. Once again, another 4 days and getting on their chat before my project manager Alex contacted me back. So several days later I emailed Alex and customer service, I tried to get help from their chat. Which is also a fun ride, they get off the chat without notifying you or asking if you need anything else and your sending messages to no one. I asked to get my money back, which I still want. Wouldn't give me my money back. I did not receive what I paid for. They did finally give me the logo, which I didn't want.
Several weeks later and I am receiving threatening text messages from their customer service department because I won’t take the truth down. PLEASE DONT USE THEM

Mistakes, rude, poor organization
My designer or project manager was rude, made mistakes, and had to listen to a whole up-selling speech, held logos hostage until a sales speech was made. Was rude about not wanting to upsize the order.
UPDATE: Note that this company has gone as far as threaten me with an attorney, filed multiple challenges with Trustpilot (to get my review removed). The first time saying that it violated rules for reviews (ruled in my favor), then they challenged to say I never received services from them. I really wouldn't recommend using them. Seems problematic!
