PLEASE DO NOT HIRE THEM!!!! FRAUD, LIARS!! They say they will refund me for their lack of professionalism and only if I remove my review but then took the money back. Save your time and energy and hire a more competent and legit company.

This is an ABSOLUTE SCAM!!! They promised in the first phone call I could get a logo with the Copyright to it. I paid for that. I had multiple calls trying to sell me a website building package that I clearly did not want. When I blocked the number, they literally called me back to back, 17 times, until I finally felt harassed enough to answer. After promising me copyright, they denied that conversation ever took place and that I would have to go thru a lawyer for that. I wanted a refund. They said I am “not entitled” to a refund cuz they sent me pics of logos to choose from. I am absolutely disgusted. They lied multiple times and they do not care. They would talk over me and bully me. They literally deny conversations that took place. I won’t use their logos and I will be filing for the money back thru my bank since I didn’t receive what I was promised. DO NOT USE THESE LIARS! I had to edit and update this review. Now they said I have to take this review down just to receive “files” that I have already paid for. I’m being bullied and harassed to remove this review. These are SICK people. DO NOT USE THEM!!! I have screenshots and audio recordings of every phone call.

These people are a scam! When you order a simple logo, they will pretend that you have to pay $299 for copyrights in order for them to release the logo! Which is a) not true, and b) never disclosed prior! Absolute boiler room sales tactics! Then they are unprofessional in consultations asking for IG info, want to do video calls, overtly trying to flirt! This is so unprofessional! Then they call to try to upsell you over and over.....Never again! Then they send incomplete files and ask to remove negative reviews in exchange for the files! NEVER USE THIS SERVICE!

Scam scam and scam! Do not trust this company and the people behind. They call at anytime, do not respect your privacy, and push sales that are unnecessary. They don’t take “no” for an answer and do not refund when not satisfied. Steven and Suzanne have been highly unprofessional for the last 2 months working with them. They refuse to release the logo if my team does not pay $300 more. They lie about clause they never mentioned. They are money grabber. They take advantage of small business. Such a shame.

Big fraud! This company has been scaming my business partner and I. We initially asked for a logo design. They tried to pushed us to pay then for a website design that we did not need. We refused many times over the phone. "Suzanne" and Steven" (the name they they use, not sure it's real) kept calling my business partner about it. They call at anytime during day or night which is overwhelming and unprofessional. They refused to send us the logo because they are forcing us to pay an additional $299 for trademark which is total BS and scam. They just want more money. We asked for a full refund they have not sent it to us. They are liars stay away from them. We want the refund asap!

Do not hire this company. Big scam. Very unprofessional…. 1st red flag: one guy there (Steven) calling me at 11pm asked me to switch on my webcam, for a zoom call, and when I refused he asked for my IG??? I don’t want to be hit on by a logo design company representative!! Next, they kept forcing to do my website…I have had to decline this at least on five occasions….Suzanne was one of the manager that kept pushing for the calls and website. I just wanted a simple logo design!? At the end, they were forcing me to register my logo with a trademark! For $300!! That was never disclosed to be a condition for a logo design, that was never even discussed and comes as a pressure tactic after….I asked for a refund rather than the logo plus trademark…. They refunded me after after a week of negotiations and took the money back.These people are boiler room scammers! Buyer be aware! Fraud. Preying on innocent creative people trying to get ahead. They should be ashamed of themselves. Do not support these people!

As a small business owner it is with hesitancy I wrote this review. At the same time I do not wish for anyone else to be taken advantage of. I initially hired Travis to design a new logo. This he did quickly and I was very happy. He then offered to redo design my website and I agreed. I paid $1600USD in advance. The whole experience was a nightmare from then on. I was being called 10-20 times a day by a team of people who clearly didn’t have the first clue about designing a website. Many times I had to turn my phone off as it got so ridiculous. I tried to contact Travis at first but weeks went by with no response. Eventually he responded after I posted a review. He apologized and seemed very sincere. Asked me to let him take over and promised he’d make it right. I removed my review as it did seem he was genuine. Then it started happening again. People contacting me claiming to be him, clearly they had no ability to design a website either. Long story short, it’s been over 3 months now without the website I paid $1600usd for. I am Canadian so it was indeed a lot of money. Travis asked that I give him time to process a refund and again, with much hesitancy I did. Guess what? No refund still. No website delivered. This company should not be trusted. Travis did not deliver anything he promised and clearly has no ethics. Do not use this company. Definitely pay them nothing in advance. Other respectable business owners should be warned which is why I’m writing this review.
