These guys are FRAUDULENT. Warning! Please do not work with them. Do not give them your money. They will say they are providing you some services, but then there are hidden fees, then they will tell you , you must purchase something else, and they never stop, and they quote ridiculous costs for work they aren't equipped to do ar all!, they use fictitious emails when stating they are filing a trademark application, because they don't want you to be tracking them, and they will lie and state they need fight for your brand, an attorney is requesting you stop using your brand LOGO, WEBSITE that they designed and had go live, then they will file for 3 or 4 classes for one trademark application process, when obviously they either know or know nothing about correctly filing a trademark application. They will request in urgency for you to send them about $8000, to rush it to them, then they will harass you to try to get more money from you, even once they discover you found them out and block them, they will keep emailing and calling with different email addresses and numbers yo attempt to lie to try to get more attention and money from you!!, get an attorney if they do this to you!

⭐ 0-Star (Dont work with them) Absolutely disappointing experience. What started as a simple logo request quickly turned into constant upselling for additional services like marketing, website design, and trademark registration. The pricing for these services appeared extremely inflated compared to typical market rates-basic work quoted at thousands of dollars. Instead of focusing on delivering the original service, the process felt like a sales funnel designed to push expensive add-ons. I was contacted by multiple representatives, which made the experience confusing and unprofessional. I would strongly advise against using them for trademark or any trademark/legal-related services. It’s best to work with a verified, independent professional or firm for such matters. 0 star!

This is a scam - they will harass you for months and lie about patents! BEWARE

Work is basic, not high quality by any means. They pester you for months and months with phone call after phone call to try and squeeze more money out of you. Even after you tell them you're not interested. Then they call from private numbers. Literally back to back to back. 20+ times in the matter of minutes. Run away!!!!

Run! As fast as you can. I would give them 0 stars if they had that option. They started with a reasonable price to let you get on board. After that, they will use all means to get money from you. NEVER CHOOSE THEM!!!

Devious, malicious, deceiving, and aggressive are just a surface level to describe this organization. I conducted business with this organization last year in hopes of recieving the products that they offer. At the beginning, they provide the on-boarding process which, looks intriguing and useful however it's a facade to what really is a money driven deceitful company. After choosing the package I wanted, the company executed numerous and numerous of calls attempting to get me to sign up when I was working with someone already. After receiving the logo, I decided to move forward with allowing them to create a website which, went down hill quickly due to the lack of execution on their behalf. After weeks of delay and also calls that were attempts to get me to pay for other services, I communicated and advised them that I would seek a refund if my product wasnt delivered as promised which then we negotiated to them creating a mobile app for me. They provided me with a layout of how it would look and function however when agreeing to this, they provided me with a totally different layout that was only the replication of the website and totally opposite of the renderings they created. After conveying that the mobile app wasn't what was promised, they indicated to create the mobile app, there would be an additional significant cost. From that point, calls continued to proceed in order to purchase more services which wasn't explained at first. Calls that related to trademarking, cost for functionality, updates and etc. After circling around and advising that I would seek a refund, they once again proceeded to attempt to fix the problem by giving the layout they rendered at first. I informed this new rep(alexander) that I do not want anything from them due to the malious practices they have in place however he advised that he is there to fix the situation from the previous experience I faced. I advised him, that I am not paying another cent to them due to the lack of false advertising they do and lack of execution as well as the hidden undisclosed cost they attempt to place on clients. He proceeded to inform me that he would again fix the issues that I had. Giving it a shot, about a month ago I started giving instructions on the details that I wanted. Indicating that he received them, he tells me that he will work on them and get back to me. About 2 weeks ago, he communicates to me that the changes have been made however, there will be a cost of $2700 for functionality. At that point I knew this was exactly what others described as a scam. As said, during the initial process they cover up the unhidden truth behind their practices having you do reviews to keep their image afloat however, it's just a scheme to attempt to retrieve more money on services that never disclose. I have evidence that shows all transactions of this review. Save your money and yourself from this place.

This company robs people. Instead of giving the clients upfront cost for everything, they charge you by each individual component they use to create your website. I have paid between last year and beginning of this year a few thousand dollars and they still try to get me to spend more money. They switch people to keep switching or adding different services to charge you more money. When I tell them I’m looking for someone else to complete my website they refuse to give me the access unless I pay more money. Do yourself a favor and find someone local to do your site. These companies from different countries will rob you and get away with it because they are not here. Take your chances but you have been notified about them.

Most of these "good reviews" are fake. Thank goodness I read the real ones and stopped from going forward. They would not stop calling me!! They called me 10 times in 4 hours it's insane I had to threaten to report them just to stop! Definitely spammers!! EDIT: They replied because they don't want people to know what they're doing I have emails from them Don't let them scam you.
