While being a new entrepreneur, I was so lost on where to begin to start marketing my buisness. I am so glad I went through with logo genie! Mr.Louis was very helpful and very patient with my many requests and always did his best to make any wish come true! I would recommend logo genie to anyone, they make the process quick and painless!

Nice Artwork but a lot of hidden charges. This company will charge you for the copyright but no paper proof , no certificate and no nothing to give you except just charge you on credit card.

Update: the review below is when he sent me the last revision and I approved based on a jpg file, at that point i was satisfied with the revision and I was asked to write a review, but after that it kind of went down hill. The files he sent me of the “finished” logo in .rar format was not quite finished, once I had a closer look and zoomed in to the image there were so many mistakes that I practically gave up and said “keep my money give me what you got and let’s just end this. He did eventually made many corrections, by this point though, I was done and I am currently reworking the image myself. I was asked to write a review before my final product was delivered and that was a mistake. I am sure this experience with one person does not discredit the whole company. This was just my experience. First review. It took a few communications back and forth but once the concept of what we wanted for our logo was understood, the process was very smooth after that. I did receive daily and on time an update with all the revisions I requested. I am satisfied with the result and service from Brian at LogoGenies
