First let me say that Hazel Connor was excellent! She was very attentive and communicated well throughout the process. That's why I hate to only give 3 stars. I would have given 5 stars, but I can tell you that I don't like their business model. I paid their $50 fee for my logo. The process was great to start but then came the hard sell to buy other things. Then the “unlimited revisions” they promised disappeared. They would try to sell you something else BEFORE they deliver on the actual purchase you made. First it was copyright protection for $500 and then it was another $256 charge to actually receive the files I paid for in the package. They lowered the price by $100, but my $50 simple logo, ended up costing me $206. If you read their 1 star reviews, you will see that many others had this same experience. I wouldn't have minded had I been told about the additional charges when I started the process. It felt dishonest and like my logo was being held hostage to the additional fees. All in all, I received a great logo that I am very happy with for our group. So, the $206 was not excessive, just not what I was told that I was going to pay when we started the process. I'm sorry Hazel! Buyer beware!

Kudos for Ryan Davis! We did not have a great experience with logogenies. However, because of Ryan Davis, I have decided to give them a 3 star. Ryan Davis accomplished for us what needed to be done...finally. Thank you, Ryan, for your quick responses to our emails and to finally giving us our finished product! I'm very glad that they finally gave our account to you. You resolved our problems quickly. Thank you!

Update: the review below is when he sent me the last revision and I approved based on a jpg file, at that point i was satisfied with the revision and I was asked to write a review, but after that it kind of went down hill. The files he sent me of the “finished” logo in .rar format was not quite finished, once I had a closer look and zoomed in to the image there were so many mistakes that I practically gave up and said “keep my money give me what you got and let’s just end this. He did eventually made many corrections, by this point though, I was done and I am currently reworking the image myself. I was asked to write a review before my final product was delivered and that was a mistake. I am sure this experience with one person does not discredit the whole company. This was just my experience. First review. It took a few communications back and forth but once the concept of what we wanted for our logo was understood, the process was very smooth after that. I did receive daily and on time an update with all the revisions I requested. I am satisfied with the result and service from Brian at LogoGenies
