Logo GeniesReviews of logogenies.com

I tried to work with an Indian calling himself "Chris Adams" on a logo revision. My logo is a viking ship and I need the sail turned into a paintbrush. I drew it for them. I was assured 24-48 turn around. I got revisions that didn't even come close to my expectations. Now, three weeks later, he hasn't delivered, despite telling me in conversation "oh yes! I understand exactly". Now, I am told that I have used up my revision count, and must upgrade to a more expensive package to achieve my goal. I asked to speak with a supervisor and was flat out denied! I asked for a refund. I'm sure that won't happen. DO NOT USE THESE CLOWNS! THEY WILL RIP YOU OFF!

Brad is very helpful getting me started

Brad was super helpful, explained everything well and got me on my way. I would recommend.

Brian Willson was great! Helped me look for a design/logo that fit our business model perfectly. Great, flexible company to work with!

Chris the representative has been there to support and to answer all my questions. A little pushy but with my best interest in mind. He allows me to pray and follow God on making these very important business decisions. Something’s I’m unsure of but he gives the best solutions and is very patient.

Logo Genies got my idea pretty well. The Logo expresses accurately what I need to transmit with it. It is very creative, beautiful and expresses the feelings and expectation that I want for my business! I am very satisfied with the efficient work and cordiality of his employees. Thanks Logo Genies!

I love my logo and branding design from Logo Genies. Top-notch customer support with affordable pricing. I will highly recommend logogenies.com.

Be very careful. They advertised a logo for $29, then charged me $59. Now they refuse to release the logo I paid for (and mocked up for them, they didn't even create it) unless I pay a $749 licensing fee. A pure bait and switch scam after trying to upsell me at every turn.
