Logo GeniesReviews of logogenies.com

Don't believe what they put on their website, the "All file format" and "100% money back guarantee" on their website is not true. It's a bait, and they will make you pay more, once you sign up. Paid for the $29 basic package for a single logo design including "all file formats" as shown on the website. After the design was complete, i was then told the $29 package only includes two file formats (jpg and png only), and was asked to pay for the $69 package to have access to other formats. After paying $69 for the start up package just to access the "All file formats" which was supposed to be provided under the basic package, I requested for a refund on the basic package ($29) since I wasn't satisfied with the service options, and I was paying more to get the file formats, but they declined my request. So, I have paid $98 in total only to get a single logo job done with two logo design concepts, file formats for one logo concept: (Ai, PSD, EPS, PNG, JPG, PDF), one dedicated designer, zero revisions and zero icons provided.

Total bait and switch - they get you in on the low side then tell you to implement your ideas is going to cost you an extra $200. Even after I refused to go with either design, they failed to give me the money back they falsely advertise! This company should be shut down for bad business practices!

A1 work for sure, communication could have been better. Price is fair.

Jay I really appreciate all the hard work and captioning my heart. I could not explain what I really wanted, but I thank you for being so kind through your emails and patience and so passionate about making people like me smile and keep hoping that our vision can come to pass. Thank you Jay

They are your best friend when they want your credit card. Then they steal your money, create garbage logos, and just want you to complete your project and move on. This is the worst company I have ever dealt with. I asked for a refund, and they made up fake reasons against their policy to not refund. 100% do not recommend. UPDATED REVIEW: They sent rebuttal documents to my credit card company and FRAUDULENTLY fabricated email responses from me. I am going to the local authorities and FTC to report this.

The designs were ok, but there is a constant upsell, so no real bargain here. Communications were spotty, at best. The fast-talking salesperson every time they wanted to talk was a little much. Worse I had to pay a final $100 to get the logo in final formats. It seemed that they were holding them hostage. Part of the issue is there was not an Order ID to refer to. Their client process is not good. Then they wanted me to talk with their legal department to charge more for a Trademark.

Jay Anderson was amazing!! He went above and beyond and was easy to work with.

I was having a lot of confusion turning my idea into a logo for my brand. But the team of Logo Genies helped me turn my idea into something amazing. They knew exactly what I wanted and created something breathtaking. I’m so happy with their work.
