Logo Design MatixReviews of logodesignmatix.com

I placed my order for a logo we needed for our business and the first samples that came back out of many to choose from I chose the one that jumped out to me. I shared it with my business partner and she thought it looked incredible as well. The rest is history. Outstanding work. Very professional company and I encourage anyone who is looking for grade "A" work to take advantage of the talent that is available to you here.

Highly recommend! I dealt with Chris Jerome and a few others and they were all extremely helpful and knowledgeable. They are patient when you're not fully sure of your vision(which I wasn't) and their packages are affordable which is great for a new business.

I recently worked with Logodesignmatrix, and I must say that I was impressed with their professionalism and dedication to customer service. My experience with their team was smooth and hassle-free, thanks to their knowledgeable and friendly representatives. The representatives were patient and took the time to understand my needs, and they provided me with timely updates throughout the process. The quality of their work was top-notch, and they were able to deliver the final product well within the expected timeline. Overall, I would highly recommend Logodesignmatrix to anyone looking for high-quality graphic design services. Their team's expertise, professionalism, and customer service make them an excellent choice for any business or individual seeking quality design work at a reasonable price.

I had a good experience working with the team on designing our logo. I recommend this.

The company did my online presence at a very economical cost for my baking business

Relentless "upselling". Files received were such low quality that they aren't useable. This is deliberately done so you have to buy the upgrade "high resolution" package. Sales people are PUSHY, and I'm in sales so that's saying alot.

Logo Design Matrix created a hot new free logo for me after I expressed dissatisfaction with the first logo they designed. Their desire for excellence and their integrity provoked them to offer a new design free of charge. I respect them for that, and for that reason, I would work with them again should I need another logo designed.

I am going to honest and say that it was very stressful working with this company. They were constantly trying to push more expensive packages on me and trying to get me to purchase products with the logo, when I specifically told them I just needed the logo. Also, I was supposed to ge my logo within a couple of days, and it took two weeks. The rep texted me nearly every day, even when there was no progress, which was unnecessary and annoying, and even after I finally received my logo, he texted me.
