They are rude do not trust them, the positive reviews is from employees not customers, they are cheaters

RUN!!! Do not use this company unless you want extreme anxiety. They are constantly trying to up-sell you. It's been a year of frustration. After subscribing for their company to build a website, host it, write content and pay for a maintenance agreement for one year they just turn off the website of an animal nonprofit. When you pay for anything they split the payments to three different entities and give you an invoice from them. Done with this unprofessional company even if it means losing many hundreds of dollars invested. They make you believe things are going to be inexpensive but it's not true.

Relentless "upselling". Files received were such low quality that they aren't useable. This is deliberately done so you have to buy the upgrade "high resolution" package. Sales people are PUSHY, and I'm in sales so that's saying alot.

I really didn’t like this company. When I signed up for the $35 logo package, I was not expecting to get harassed into purchasing more expensive packages. Even when I declined the other packages over and over, they kept insisting on trying to “up sell” me and were rude and insulting when I told them no. They were almost relentless with their tactics. Overall the logo is ok but you have to buy a more expensive package to get high resolution images - something not mentioned when you buy the package. I really feel I could make a similar or better logo with some of the free software out there. I started working with someone named Jordan and then finished the logo with Jason Oliver. Both could use a course on customer service.

THIS COMPANY IS A SCAM Do not send them your money. Look at the reviews, they are all fraudulent too. DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY!!!!!! I asked for a refund and they told me to dispute it with my bank???? Send me my money back. This company cannot be trusted.
