The website wasn't clear enough about the rights of the logo. After I have already purchased it, I received an email asking me to pay a bigger amount so you could guarantee the rights of my logo and take it off your website. Also there was another color added (as I had no control) on the extra material I receive with my logo.

Although it was obvious that by purchasing the pro option , I would be able for as many changes on my logo as I wish ,for 30 days, I paid 92 US dollars, and the next hour,when I tried to make a change to my logo, I had to pay 30 more dollars....just to change the color if the letter.....It was not that clear what you get by spending 92 dollars.In my case, It would be preferable to pay the 30 dollars option, just for the pdf version, and if I wanted any changes ,just to pay an other 30dollars ....with 60 dollars I would have 2 versions of my logo.....now having spent 92 dollars i only have one....

ALTHOUGH LOGODESIGN.NET HAD SOME DECENT LOGOS TO WORK WITH, THE END PRODUCT WASN'T GREAT AND OF THE LOGO FORMATS I RECEIVED, THE PDF WAS OF AN EARLIER DESIGN WITH DIFFERENT COLORS. THE WORST EXPERIENCE THOUGH WAS IN PURCHASING. I JUST NEEDED THE BASIC PACKAGE. WHEN I TRIED TO PAY WITH PAYPAL MULTIPLE TIMES, IT WOULDN'T PROCESS. (I USE PAYPAL ALL THE TIME FOR ONLINE ORDERS FROM COMPANIES I DON'T KNOW SO THIS WAS ODD AND PAYPAL TOLD ME THE GLITCH WAS NOT ON THEIR END.) AFTER GIVING UP ON PAYPAL, I USED THE CREDIT CARD OPTION AND JUST AFTER SUBMITTING PAYMENT REALIZED THAT THE LOGODESIGN SYSTEM HAD SWITCHED MY ORDER FROM THE BASIC PACKAGE TO THE MOST EXPENSIVE PACKAGE. I IMMEDIATELY CALLED AND TALKED TO THEIR REPRESENTATIVE, THEN ALSO MESSAGED AND EMAILED LOGODESIGN.NET TO ADVISE OF WHAT HAPPENED AND THAT I DID NOT NEED OR WANT THE PREMIUM PACKAGE TO WHICH THEIR SYSTEM HAD SWITCHED MY ORDER. THE CALL WAS WITHIN ONE MINUTE OF SUBMITTING PAYMENT BUT THE PHONE REPRESENTATIVE JUST SAID, ALL ORDERS ARE FINAL. IT'S ON THE WEBSITE. I EXPLAINED THAT THE SYSTEM HAD SWITCHED THE PACKAGE TO NO AVAIL. I IMMEDIATELY EMAILED AND ALSO MESSAGED THROUGH THEIR LIVE CHAT. IT SEEMED THE SAME GUY RESPONDED TO EACH ATTEMPT AND THEY ALL SAID ALL ORDERS ARE FINAL. I HIGHLY SUGGEST THAT YOU USE ANOTHER COMPANY THAT VALUES CUSTOMER SERVICE.
