Onboarding was a breeze and the discovery calls were spot-on. I really appreciated the team taking the time to listen and learn the nuances of our brand right out of the gate.

We gave it a really good try. I had a great experience working with Logical Position, even though it ended up not working for my industry. I have a very niche industry, and Fred and I spent months honing it and dialing it in, to try and get good conversions, it just never happened. I don't think it's their fault, Fred always booked extra calls with me, and we worked in depth on the ads, it just never became profitable for me to continue. When they saw that I was having a negative ROI we parted ways amicably. I may try it again in the future when the economy is better, the industry shifts, or there may be more opportunity for better results. It's not often that I can partner with a company, lose money and still feel positive about them, but they always treated me fairly and I think they worked hard to try to get the results. If I was in another industry I think the management would have worked better. 5 stars for customer service.
