LoftandstoneReviews of loftandstone.com

same as everyone else, I ordered 2 weeks ago and the order has been stuck in transit the entire time and no response from customer service. This is clearly a scam

Like others who wrote reviews, I placed an order more than 10 days ago, can’t get tracking information and can’t get a response.

Do not buy anything from this website..i purchased a few things on October 8th..10 days ago my stuff still hasnt shipped out.. It has said the same message for 9 days "shipping info recieved"..I've reached out multiple times to see what is going on with the shipping..I've got no response..i sent an email to refund everything..no response..the customer service is non existent.. i guess my next step is to go through my bank Update..October 21st...still no response from a rep through email...when u call they WONT even connect you to a real person..an ai bot takes a message and fwd's it..insane..package still hasnt moved at all since I bought 14 days ago..what a joke this is..i spent a decent amount of money and this is how they treat there customers..worst company I've ever bought from

This was by far one of my worst experiences with a company. Almost a month ago I ordered a quilt and blanket. They were not cheap. Never in a million years would I have thought I’m still emailing them asking where it is since the tracking information on it has stopped in transit. I can’t comment on the quality since I have yet to receive it. But their prompt service is horrible. Do your research first

First time ordering from Loft & Stone and the experience was smooth from checkout to delivery. The item was well packed, arrived in good condition, and looked like the photos. Felt much more polished than I expected from a store I hadn’t bought from before.
