Company is a total scam. Ordered a Nintendo Switch Pro Controller and the want 8-18 business days for shipping. I waited a few days past this and called them. Of course the number doesn’t work. Total scam company.

I paid for a Nintendo switch controller. I didn't realize it wasn't a UK company. I have not received it. There was no update on the shipping tracking number. No response to emails. I'm gutted as it was a birthday present and I can't afford to buy another.

Ordered a Xenoblade 2 switch pro controller as the price was lower than other retailers. Had read mixed reviews but decided to go with it anyway and regret it. Wasn't a legit Nintendo product at all and was clearly an aftermarket fake. Total waste of money and I'm not even going to bother trying for a refund as all the other reviews where people have tried have had zero success. Avoid.

Initially my experience was positive. Good looking product at a great price. However the ZR button stopped working on my wireless Nintendo Pro controller after a month of receiving it. Returned it to the Returns address, where they claim to have not received it. So out of pocket for both the controller & the returns cost. No response to several very polite emails.

Got new PS4 Controllers. Price was so cheap I was worried I was gonna get some off-brand crap, or ripped off and nothing at all. So I only ordered one at first. But, when the brand new Sony Dual Shock controller arrived, I ordered more. Ship time a little over a week, just enough to keep me worrying. But well worth it in the end.
