J’ai commandé le 6 décembre une manette de ps5, reçu aujourd’hui le 19 décembre bien emballé et bien protégé !!

I ordered a Christmas gift for my son back in November. I still have not received my order, nor do I have a tracking number. The company has only responded to two of my emails out if about 12. Here I am, two weeks before Christmas with still no idea in where my order is. I’ve called the number they have on their website and it only hangs up on me after 3 rings. What should I do next? Can anyone who has had a similar experience with these scam artists tell me what steps I should take next? I’m heartbroken to learn of all these bad reviews. I should have done my homework on this SCAM before I made any orders.

SCAM!!! I have placed a trial order for DualShock 4 Wireless Controller for PlayStation 4 - Magma Red V2 because seen not good reviews and received it fast BUT WHEN I HAVE PLACED NEXT ORDER FOR A 10 ITEMS I DON'T RECEIVE IT AND MORE THAN 1 MONTH I CAN'T GET ANY SPECIFIC INFORMATION ABOUT MY ORDER! Support has responded 2-3 times for my more than 10 requests and told that order dispatched but tracking number not in system and label created only. THIS IS A SCAM!!! NOT RECOMMEND!!!

Bought sp5 Spiderman controller for my son, £57,arrived about a week later, the controller is fake and badly made, with cheap stickers on the front which are not even straight, says original on the website but is so fake, tried to write review on loco website but it just got deleted within 5 hours, and phone number does not exist. AFFORD

Ordinati 2 joystick per play 4, ero un po preoccupata visto le pessime recensioni invece in 10 giorni e arrivato un joystick. Preoccupata scrivo una email chiedendo se anche l'altro è in arrivo, mi rispondono in poche ore mandandomi il tracking che mi dice che il pacco è in lavorazione nel paese vicino.

I bought 2 Nintendo Switch pro controllers, one as the 'Splatoon 2 Edition' and one as the 'Splatoon 3 Edition'. Everything is descripted and marketed as original and legitimate hardware. I received my package via USPS from america, I live in germany. Delivery took a little longer but that was expected. Upon opening i noticed the japanese descriptions on the packaging and the slighty off quality of the print. Also t second controller and its packaging smelled like it came from an old mouldy warehouse. When connected to the console the first red flag for being not originals are the loud and clunky rumble motors inside, in which place usually are HD rumble motors. Upon opening them i found numerous othe giveaways, but i can safely say that the seller is misleading at best and ripping off at worst. For me personally it's not worth my time or further investions to return it to the seller. I rathzer display them on my shelf where nobody but me notices that they aren't original.
