Excellent Customer Service

I just began business with LockTite so its difficult to evaluate at this point but so far the service has been great. Maybe in a year I can do another survey. Janet Brundage

Mr Terry was awesome... we couldn't get trailer into LaPorte location so he personally went to Deer Park and found and measured to make sure trailer would fit. Your awesome Mr Terry. Only part I was little disappointed in was got to Deer Park and storage unit was locked and I had to make phone called and wait for them to come unlock,

I'm happy about this place a little pricey but I'm satisfied

My experience was a pleasant surprise compared to encounters I had with other staff a year and a half ago.

Nice covered RV spot. Parking is tight and difficult to back in with other parked in the uncovered aera.

The building is always clean and is brightly lit. I have stored with another facility. Everything smelled from whatever cleaner or bug killer they used and the lighting was very poor. I would definitely recommend Wimberley LockTite.

I would like a place to wash my trailer and fill up the water tank. I'd gladly pay a reasonable extra fee for the use of such a facility. Some storage places in the North Austin-Round Rock area claim to have such facilities. Mgmt has been easy to work with. Appreciate being able to plug in on an as-needed basis. Facility is reasonably well maintained.
