Bad Service
Went to finish arrangements, pay, etc; and the employee on site was rude and snapped at me because I wanted to get in the door. It was freezing outside. I left. If it happens the next time I will go elsewhere.

Terry, I am so very sorry to hear that you had a bad experience when visiting our property. I can assure you that our managers are caring professionals even in stressful situations. A customer purchasing boxes was blocking our office door when you were trying to enter. I am confident you will have positive experiences in the future. Dee, Manager
