So I’m giving you a 1 star because!!!
So I’m giving you a 1 star because: 1) I ordered these shoes and got an ETA of 2 weeks. 2) Then I got another ETA after the 2 weeks stating it’ll be another week or so. Not a big deal right?? 3) the shoes were paid off and I finally got them after 2.5 months of waiting. Honestly the customer service was horrible and didn’t really want to work on this issue. 4) I honestly will not order anything from this place again. Just poor management and customer service. Oh and the shoes were ordered as an 8.5 they fit like a 9.5-10.

Hi, thank you for your review. Leaving a 1-star for a small business when all we did was try to satisfy you as a customer is really bad. Your shoes were produced in less than 7 days, sent out to the courier service. They are the ones that got your order delayed, not us. You can't blame us for covid regulations they follow. Our policy states "No returns" and we offered you "50% off" to reorder of which you rejected and said bad things to us. I hope you're happy extending your displeasure to here.
