Great customer service with fast delivery. I made a mistake on sizing and they shipped me out an additional ring at no extra cost! I had a defective spacer and they also sent out a new spacer kit immediately. Now it fits perfect.

I have purchased both The Vice and The Down Boy, and both are fantastic. Well made, easy to put on and no pinching, which for someone with a bit of girth is nice. I’m trying to decide what my next cage will be.

I had purchased the strap on harness on 2 occasions before an event. On the first night they were used one of the buckles broke while tightening the straps.. specifically one of the ones between the legs. The roller part popped out and was not able to be fit back in making the buckle unusable... this compromised the stability and made the harness unusable... fortunately I had ordered 2 or the night would have been a bust... an easy fix that would have prevented this would be to use a better buckle with a solid core under the rolling part.
