good product overall.
I've been using LIL for a few years now and it's pretty good. The glue they use on the vice mini unfortunately doesn't hold (couple years old) and the glue on the silver pin on the anti-pullouts (little over a year old) also doesn't hold. Other than those defects the product is good if you like light weight. I'll continue to use them as they're reliable with customer support and shipping.

Thank you for the review! We do apologize that your Vice Mini has encountered a split as well as the pin on the anti-pullout coming loose. We would be happy to help get you back into The Vice after facing these issues. Please email us at [email protected] and we would love to find a solution for you.

My Experience
Resin Cage I liked the design and the extra base rings was nice to figure out my measurements for future uses since I was quite new. However the slim connection broke in the middle after two weeks and not even much rough use. For reference I had plenty of room in the cage flaccid and was actually consider getting a smaller one in a couple of months. I don't know how I can recommend this when it breaks so quickly and has no warranty, which is unfortunate because I was enjoying the product before the damage. Edit: After talking to customer service and showing them pictures of the break they have decided to send me a replacement. While I still wouldn't recommend this particular cage for long-term use, I do feel better knowing that this company is very open to communication and feedback, and that this product is alright for people looking to dabble into chastity like me.

Thank you for the review! I apologize that the Resin Cage you have ordered did encounter a breakage on you with very little wear. This should not have occurred especially in the way in which you have described. I would be happy to make this right with you and find a solution. Please reach out to us at [email protected] and we will make this situation right!

Bad experience, turned excellent
My original review was one star because of a plethora of complications with the micro cage I had purchased. Not only was the customer service extremely active, but they were very flexible in covering my needs. Even though I was going to get a different size cage anyway, they were willing to give me a discount and also clearly cared that my experience was so negative. This new clitty cage feels much much better, I haven’t ran into the same issues as before so it was most definitely just a faulty cage, and overall my new experience has been significantly better than the previous. While I should have had to go through that many issues in the first place, this level of service has definitely reclaimed its positive reputation for both my partner and myself. I will most definitely be planning on making further purchases when needed from this company.

Thank you for your review! I am extremely sorry to hear your experience with us has not be up to our white glove standard. I would love nothing more than the opportunity to correct this issue and improve the experience you have had with our product. We proudly stand behind it and the experience it should provide you. The issues described sound uncharacteristic of our product and could very well be a defect, and we want to ensure this is made right. If you could, please email us at [email protected] and I would be happy to take care of you. We look forward to making this proper!

Great products but high shipping cost
I am very satisfied of the products, the quality is here except the belts which are a bit cheap. My only wish is that the products can be more accessible outside the US, right now the shipping cost is really high and the official brand page in Amazon EU only sold one model of The Vice.

Thank you for the review! We are thrilled to know you are satisfied with the quality of the products received and appreciate the feedback on the belts. We are always looking to improve the products we have and offer to our customer base. As for shipping, we are always working on accessibility and rates as shipping to the EU from the US is quite expensive. We do not pass shipping costs off to the customer as we feel it is not fair to do so when receiving a product. We are also working on further diversifying our product deletion on Amazon to help with this. Again, we are grateful for this feedback and look forward to serving you again in the future!

Great company, Fantastic Customer Service
Fantastic web site full of some fun gear, all well made to the highest quality. Had something wrong with my item and after a couple emails and sending a video of the problem they quickly sent me a new item, best customer service I have ever had and felt personal! Only reason for the 4 stars is the international shipping prices are high.

I love your products
I love your products. But the only reason I have not bought more is because some of the prices are just a little too high when you live on the fixed income. I do understand it’s a business and all that.

Fast shipping
Fast shipping, great product, very secure. Boi hasn't had access in 5 years, the security is great, and the cage has held up well.
