I used the product for 10 minutes and wasn't satisfied with it. It didn't live up to the representations they made when purchasing. In my correspondence with the company, they said because I used it for 10 minutes, I am not eligible for a refund. Now I have to go through the process of disputing it with my bank because of their false representations and shady business practices.

Be extremely careful with LockedIn AI! I was hit with an automatic subscription renewal without any advance notification or warning. When I logged into my account to cancel, I discovered that there is no clear or functional "Cancel Subscription" button provided anywhere in the user portal (a textbook example of Dark Patterns to trap customers into paying). When I immediately reached out to their support team to request a refund and cancel the service, they sent a generic copy-pasted response refusing to refund me under their "non-refundable digital service" policy. Refusing refunds while actively restricting the ability to cancel before the billing date violates basic consumer rights. I have already initiated a formal chargeback/dispute with my issuing bank regarding this unauthorized charge. Zero transparency, predatory billing practices, and terrible customer support. Avoid this service at all costs!

Buggy, stops working and receiving answers from LLM halfway through. Also close to impossible to receive a refund. Cancelling subscription is a whole challenge. Fix your product and give people their damn money (people could always do a chargeback, nvm) UPD: they offered refund. Haven't been processed yet, will update in a couple of days.

Imagine buying a tool to help you. Now imagine it not helping. At all. Fun start. Then imagine asking for a refund and being told to troubleshoot their broken product for them. Suddenly I’m writing bug reports like I’m on the engineering team. Do I work here now? When do I get paid? They refuse refunds but are apparently thrilled to have customers doing QA for free. Must be a great business model...for them. UPDATE: It took several days, 11 emails and 1 bad trustpilot review before they even acknowledged my request to unsubscribe and get a refund. Don't be fooled by the PR response here, they were incredibly rude in the emails UNTIL I left them a bad review. And now they hound me daily to take this down because they refunded me finally? Now you as consumers have all the info.

⭐☆☆☆☆ I purchased the Career Accelerator subscription for £65.16 on 14 June 2026 and requested a refund less than one hour later after discovering that the product did not perform as I reasonably expected. My main concern was that the AI was not using my uploaded documents in the way I had understood from the marketing and product description. Instead of providing responses based closely on my uploaded material, I found the output to be generic and not suitable for my intended use. After requesting a refund, I was instructed by support to change settings and run additional test sessions to troubleshoot the issue. I followed those instructions in good faith. When my refund request was later reviewed, I was repeatedly told that the service had been used across 14 sessions. However, my usage records showed that: • Many of the sessions were 0 minute sessions. • Some of the sessions occurred before purchase as part of the free trial. • The only meaningful usage after purchase occurred following troubleshooting instructions provided by support. Despite providing screenshots and a full timeline showing that I requested a refund within approximately one hour of purchase, my request was declined multiple times. After several rounds of emails and escalations, the company offered first a 10% refund and then a 20% refund, while continuing to refuse a full refund. My issue is not only with the product itself but with how the refund request was handled. I felt that key details and evidence were repeatedly overlooked, and the same explanation was provided despite the additional information I supplied. I would encourage potential customers to carefully review the refund policy before purchasing and to be aware that obtaining a refund may be difficult even if concerns are raised shortly after purchase. This review reflects my personal experience and the correspondence I had with the company.
