Nothing is working on the website! I previously registered for prenatal course and the website would not allow me to press the final submit button! I have called, I have emailed and no response!

If I could give 0- stars that is their rating from me: Arrived at Dignity Health Services emergency room services at Saint Joseph’ at 9:30 AM. I asked the woman who finished my registration 2 hours later at 11:30am to find out how long it would be before I would be seen by Dr. she said she would check with the nurse and let me know. I saw her pass several times past my door, but she never got back to me about the time. I let her know I will leave as I am in a lot of pain, I waited 30 minutes she never came back, such a horrible experience, they call themselves dignity health services, but!!! there was no dignity in being ignored and left waiting, no dignity in being in severe pain and shifted from one waiting room to another and still not be attended within an appropriate time frame. What a scam: There name should be: No Dignity Health Services

People pass away at the hospitals managed by Dignity Health and the hospitals cover it up and send people to an off-site freezer without notifying County officials and loved ones. This is a disgusting practice... Maybe they should be called No Dignity Health.

Theresa, the referral clerk from the call center in Santa Maria is extremely rude, interupts and is very disrespectful. She is uncaring as to where she sends the referrals for tests and uninformed as to where tests can be performed locally and insists on sending the clients to go needlessly to other facilitates many miles away. She does not care about the results of her actions. She was told to not call again, but she did numerous times and then again. Michele Bernardo, a recruiter for Dignity Health in Nevada, scheduled a phone interview and never called or followed up. Waste of my valuable time.

Coming from a medical family I am appalled at this system. There are good doctors at Diginity, but the medical system is broken. It seems to happen when corporate greed gets in the way.

It takes forever to get an appointment and when you get an appointment, they don't listen I don't know what to do. They're just not good people

Not only does it take several weeks sometimes months to see a specialist they are constantly calling to reschedule appointments, for everything. Luckily I have a medical plan that I can see any doctor or medical group. So I will be changing.
