Impossible to reach your doctor. If you do not sit by the phone, and you miss the call, calling them back is impossible. Every time you try its a 10 min phone call with no results, routed through some call center.

Dignity Health does not have an online payment system for some of their services. It takes forever to pay a bill. The staff is incompetent and the phone system unreliable.

My wife passed away last year in October at Dignity Health facility. I am still trying to get Dignity Health billing to apply the insurance she had for the full amount of the bill (Medicare and Medigap supplement). SEVERAL calls resulted in my getting an address from the agent to send documentation which was promptly returned to me as undeliverable. I'm done trying to get them to figure out what they've missed after multiple calls with people that barely understand English.

A soulless, impersonal recruiting process with zero feedback on why an employment application is rejected. If you can even reach a recruiter or have one bother to call you back, it seems clear they know little about health care.
