I've been really impressed with Local Lets London and how they have managed my tenancy. Steph in particular has been so helpful.

I have rented through a few agencies before and these have honestly been really good to deal with. Communication has been great throughout, and when I have had a maintenance issue come up, they have sorted it quickly without any hassle. The move in process was easy and straightforward, and everyone I have spoken to has always been friendly, helpful and easy to deal with. Overall it’s been a really positive experience and I would definitely recommend them.

I’m really surprised to see any negative reviews, as me and my housemates have all had an excellent experience! I think tenants are quick to complain and leave negative reviews, however don’t leave positive reviews when they are happy, and things are going well! Our experience: Steph was always quick to respond to messages. With her help and support we felt really comfortable and quickly settled into our new home. We found the app to be an unexpected bonus, it was easy to use straightforward to follow each step. We found the whole team to be very professional and efficient. They were so helpful and nothing was a problem. I recently moved to a new area in London and had hoped to move into another one of their rooms, but unfortunately they didn’t cover the area I was moving to. Overall, we have had a really positive experience and would recommend to anyone looking for a room in London. Definitely 5***** rating!

Having rented in London since 2015, and using other agencies, I have to say that this has been my best experience by comparison. Onboarding was smooth with great communication and the property has been perfect for my needs with great transport links. I was renting with Local Lets for 12 months and haven't had any issues. Having read some of the other reviews, many of the issues I have experienced using other agencies in other properties but personally I haven't had similar problems with this company. Would recommend for anyone looking for a shared house experience in the capital.
