Came during the designated pick up window, middle of the day. The lady that was there during the preview was the same one at pick up. Not sure what the 15% service fee was for as the smaller lots were not numbered at all. Had to find my own item. The auction closed the day prior and the items had a number on the website. So there they being multiples of
Various weights would have been helpful had they been assigned the same number they had online.

Desiree was very helpful and cheerful
Desiree was very helpful and cheerful. I appreciate the fact that she directed me to my lots and watched me load everything out. I have had one experience in the past where a lot was taken by someone else so I very much appreciate this service.

It is a shill bidding scam
It is a shill bidding scam. Unfortunately some places like AZ allow shill bidding despite most customers not knowing what it is - fraud. The company is allowed to use fake accounts and run up bid prices. People think they are bidding against a buyer, but its often a fake account that does not need to be registered to pay the end bid amount, like real customers have to. They don't pay, and the item is simply cycled back in the next week until someone is tricked into paying a higher amount. Often you see bid amount over the retail price. This and the items are often not as described or pictured. Previous AZ attorney General office have stepped in on such fraud, the current one does not. Hopefully the FTC or someone else will.

Hello,
Our terms and conditions that you agree to when you create/bid on any item on your account states this about shill bidding.
"Engage in shill bidding, (i) which is the act of bidding on your own Assets, either directly or indirectly, in an effort to artificially raise the price at which your Assets will eventually sell; (ii) which includes, but is not limited to, criminal or civil violations of applicable law as well as knowingly directing or allowing a third party to perform the artificial bidding against other legitimate bidders in the auction or sales event; and (iii) provided, however, notwithstanding the foregoing and where permitted by law, LocalAuctions.com, LLC may enter bids on a Seller’s behalf using one or more bidder numbers up to the reserve price on any Assets in any auction conducted with reserve."
We, like any other auction, state this in our terms and conditions that each customer must read/agree to prior to creating an account/bidding.
If you have any other questions regarding our terms and conditions please feel free to contact us. 602-875-7336

Definition of chaos
As an auction coordinator I'd say don't waste your time. Horrible training, throw you in and leave you to swim. Then you won't hear from anyone once the job is complete. Pay was on time, but as far as another job don't count on it. They are not professional, equipped or organized enough to go across state lines. They should learn Arizona and branch out when they have things together.

Hello,
Thank you for your feedback. We’re sorry to hear that your experience did not meet your expectations. However, we would like to clarify a few points regarding the training and support that was provided.
We offer a structured training process that includes a training course, a detailed manual, and hands-on guidance from experienced team members. In your case, we also had a seasoned employee onsite specifically to assist with training and help to ensure a successful onboarding experience.
During the approximate 14 hours worked, it was communicated multiple times that you were not interested in the type of work being performed. While we always do our best to support and train new hires, we cannot control whether a position is ultimately the right fit for an individual. Success in this role requires engagement, willingness to learn, and participation throughout the training process.
As a nationwide company, we have successfully conducted auctions across the country and continue to grow through the dedication and professionalism of our teams. While we appreciate all feedback, we were disappointed by the lack of interest shown toward the training process and learning the responsibilities of the position.
We wish you the best in your future endeavors and appreciate the time you spent with our company. Thank you

Waste of Time - Highly Unprofessional
localauctions handled a local liquidation of fixtures and such from a mall that was about to be demolished. The auction ended, all buyers paid their tab, and a few hours later, the auction house sent out a note that the auction was canceled due to an inability to access the buildings in question. This is height of unprofessionalism in this field.

Hello,
We sincerely apologize for the frustration and inconvenience this situation caused. We understand how disappointing it is to participate in an auction, complete payment, and then learn that the pickup could not move forward.
In situations like this, we are unfortunately limited by circumstances outside of our control. As the auction platform, we act as the middleman between the seller/property and the buyer. In this particular case, access to the location was unexpectedly unavailable, and we do not have authority over whether the property can ultimately be accessed or released for pickup.
When issues like this arise, our priority is to communicate with customers as quickly as possible, issue full refunds promptly, and sincerely apologize for the inconvenience. We always strive to provide a smooth and professional experience, but occasionally situations occur where our hands are tied and refunding customers is the only option available to us.
We truly appreciate your feedback and understanding, and we regret that this experience did not meet expectations. Thank you
