Placed bid and won went to pick up and they didn’t have what I paid for to fix the problem they tried to up sale me on something else. Even though they have a one site guarantee this is a joke

We would like to clarify what our On-Site Guarantee means. The guarantee refers to the functionality and working condition of an item as represented at the auction site. It is not a guarantee that an item will be available for pickup in the event of an inventory or fulfillment issue, nor does it mean that we can substitute an item or guarantee a particular outcome after the auction has ended. We certainly never want a customer to feel pressured into purchasing something else. If there was an issue with your specific lot, we would be happy to review what happened and determine the appropriate resolution based on the auction terms and the circumstances surrounding the item.
