I have dealt with Loan Now a couple of times now but this last time I feel they invaded my privacy. They wanted my last 30 day bank statement which is not a problem but I was not allowed to cross out who I do business with and where I shop. They do not need to know this info in order to grant a loan. They need to change their policy and quickly otherwise someone might end up suing them. I don't think a judge will agree why they need to have that info.

Using Loan Now was a pleasurable experience. Customer service was awesome and they made me feel like they wanted to help and treated my like a "special" customer. It was easy and their instructions on how to apply and get funds were spot on.

I would recommend loan now to others. The process is simple. The customer service agent was professional and answered all my questions. You can pay the loan off at your own pace. There's no early payoff penalty. I would suggest paying loan off early because interest rates are high

The loan part is ok, I understand all that. But they offer to lower your rates on your payments thru social sharing or something; I'm not that savvy, so I inquired about how that is done and got no response. Seems like a cool concept just wish the customer service was more on the ball. The loan was straight forward.

Was a painless process. Only criticism I have is to just make it mandatory to have supporting documents such as a pay stub in the application process. It was no big deal, but I did have to wait an extra 2-3 days while I sent in my supporting documents and have them reviewed and approved. Other than that it was easy.
