Osmel is the best!
Osmel is the best! He was quick, thorough, and persistent. I mean persistent in a good way. If he had not pushed back a little on my mortgage choice. It would have cost me $900 more for the same deal he gave me. Professional, knowledgeable, the man!

Mediocre at best
I went through the entire process with an average amount of documentation asked for to get a fairly average rate, and literally the day of closing they tried to hit me with a several hundred dollar charge that had never been disclosed until that day. The charge was supposedly for "locking the rate", which turned out to be unnecessary because new rates were already at or below the old rate. Either way, I went to a different lender and got a better rate with less fees. LoanFlight is OK if you want to deal with condescending contacts and hidden fees - but I'm sure you can do better.
