I don't think I would work with loan…
I don't think I would work with loan flight again. Compared to other mortgages I've obtained, this process took close to a month maybe over for something that should take only a few days. Seems like it would drag on and on with the occasional email of something else they wanted. When you were required to submit a doc there's all sort of warnings about getting it done within a day or the loan gets cancelled....when the ball is in loan flights court there's no visibility and they don't want you to email their rep to see where things are in process.

Thanks for the feedback Matt. While it may seem like a simple process that should only take a few days, unfortunately that's not the case. We actually locked your loan for 45 days to account for the process and we are closing earlier. That timeline is well within industry standard. The good news is - based on the rate you received, it's doubtful that you will have to go through the refi process again any time soon! We hope you can base your experience on our low rates, no fees and that we closed your loan early!
