Our experience was great and I will recommend this Co. to other UPS Store owners that are looking to Finance their upcoming renewals. The whole process was smooth because being updated on a weekly basis thru the whole loan process was greatly appreciated. Even if nothing changed just hearing from Leslie and Sylvia was comforting. You can feel that they truly cared about our process and US as their customers. In our 20 years in business and dealing with many companies Leslie truly gave us the BEST Customer Service we have ever experienced. THANK YOU!!

I cannot express my gratitude for their help enough! They helped me understand each step, kept me calm, and answered my questions thoroughly about extra information the lender requested. On my own, I am not sure I would have navigated this process. They were so patient with me. I highly recommend their services.
