Branch in Traverse City.... especially Kayla Fitzgerald, helped me through the traumatic experience of being hacked with great tact, patience, and thoroughness. It is not an easy process but she made sure that we crossed every t and dotted every I for my protection. I have been a member for several years and appreciate their "Shredder Day" too. Kayla was so helpful! Thanks to GLCU, I am back on track.

I have always had excellent and friendly service whenever I have done any business with the LMCU located in Rochester Hills, MI. I met with Poyni last week. She was very kind, helpful, and went above and beyond to offer me assistance. I highly recommend this credit union.

LMCU is not only the best Credit Union or financial institution I have ever worked with but I am an employee as well. I have been here for over 5 years and will never leave this company. This is truly the best company I have worked for in my 55 years of life. I wish I came here earlier in life. The growth and education they offer is unlike any other employer I have had. They truly care about you as an employee and as a person! This place is like a family and the love shown here makes me want to come to work everyday! The culture is amazing!!

I have recently switched to LMCU from another local CU and the difference is insurmountable to say the least. They made everything easy, everyone is polite and informative and they even went above and beyond to help me out when I had accrued some fees.
