Very happy with the service! I ordered, got an email confirmation of the order. I got an email when the order shipped, with a tracking number, then I got a delivery confirmation email when it arrived. It took roughly a week for delivery, which is standard and was expected. Package arrived fully intact, no problems. It included a nice, handwritten thank you note on the receipt. That wasn't necessary, but it was a very nice touch and helps a customer feel appreciated. Definitely ordering from them again!!! :) Very pleased with the service!!!

I received two pairs of your Euroflex plastic pants (diaper outers) and I'm very pleased with them. Being new to heavy incontinence I feel they provide that extra level of protection which especially in public is so important. They have a slight crackling sound which doesn't bother me but it may be an issue for other users.

Great prices and rapid delivery of ordered items and then on top of that, they gave me a card for a discount on my next order! What else do you need to know?!
