From the time I placed my order till it arrived was less than five days. I got exactly the pants I wanted and they fit perfectly. Very comfortable. I don't normally comment, but today I will. Recently a friend confide in me they were suffering a slight incontinence. They were not familiar with my incontinence. When I revealed that I was and what my solution was, they were rather taken back. I could have chosen different type products to deal with it, but I didn't. Now, I'm very comfortable with with what I have chosen. They are not a cure, but a preventative treatment. They help restore dignity and confidence to an often serious situation. I challenge first time visitors to this site to be open minded and consider all alternative treatments. There are a great many of us who are appreciative that this company and its products exist.

I like it, because it fits good and comfortable and hoping they last longer than the plastics.

I went with for the first time 2 sizes larger because of seams that start separating either top or bottom. By going to a larger size and snaps I suspect the separating issues in the seams on each side are a thing of the past. I used pull on all my life. I was offered a great deal for snap on but 3x large instead of x-large and found they fit wonderfu from LLMdedical for the snap pants. My waist is 42 and the 3x was 32 to 60 inches and the my legs 22 and those were 20 to 30 inches. I wore them for the first time last night 11/08/16 and I too wear heavy diapers and the pp fit wonderfully and no leaks. I am a very heavy wetter. In fact I had no pinching or discomfort like the xlarge sizes that were supposedly the right size for my needs. I would highly recommend snap on and a larger size as long as you fit within the bounds of those sizes. If I had a 32 inch waist I would not recommend this size; after all you want some snugness. I will NEVER go back to pull on and I will always go to a larger size for room, comfort, and protection. I also found out wearing them in the late evening and bedtime that the cloth dampness is much less and therefore more comfortable as well. Wearing snap on allow the inside to breath and still stop wicking at night. I hope this answers your question. I also will include LLMedico pants are the very best pant I have ever worn and they are made very well. I highly recommend them to everyone! The shipping was wonderful too. My order was shipped on last friday and I received the package on monday to my surprise. Ms. Heather was great and understood my concerns and needs. We discussed the sizing issues and she knows what she is talking about. Listen and ask the right questions and you too will enjoy what is a bothersome issue in life. I have had 7 massive heart attacks going back to 1986 and 18x on the operating table. In 1998 during one of those operations, I had an anurism break loose and this is what brought on the incontinence. The doctor told me they did all they could and be very grateful this is only 1 of my two problems. I feel no shame for being this way. If the medical folks don't show shame then neither do I. I have been changed upon arrival by the nurses including pants and diaper and pins taken off while I was still awake in the hospital room and on the operating table and I suspect they have seen others in my situation and it was business as usual when they did this.. There is NO shame for what we cannot control. Many senior citizens out there need this encouragement from others with this problem that life goes on. Sincerely, Bob p.s. This plastic pants should work well for Mom. I'm thinking she will have some challenges with the snaps as her vision and fine motor aren't very good, but the snaps are just what she needs.

My only frustration was that one day it said it would be delivered on the 2nd and then the next day it said on the 3rd. Other than that, it's fairly quick and very very discreet.
