The company
The company, the owners, the product are all top notch. My only complaint is the choice of shippers. OnTrac is horrible.

plastic pants
My first order of the gary lg plastic pants and they are wonderful! You can tell they are not China brand knockoffs! I will be ordering more soon as i use cloth diapers as opposed to disposables.

Packaging was not discreet
Packaging was not discreet. I made clear through a message submitted with my order that I share a porch with several neighbors. Shipping was incredibly quick and that part of the transaction was great. The price was good too. LLMedico is very competitive in pricing and efficient with getting orders out the door. However, that efficiency compromises the claim that shipping is handled with discretion. I came home one evening to see the package in full view. It was easy enough to see through the cut outs on the box for handing that the contents were adult diapers and the side label of the box described the contents as well. I would gladly pay a couple extra dollars at checkout for an unmarked box if that were an option in the future.

Hello Zach, We are deeply sorry about your package not coming discreet. We really pride ourselves on providing this service when shipping and it saddens us when mistakes are made like this. We will make sure to talk to our team and get this resolved. We appreciate your kind words and hopefully will be able to serve you in the future. Again, we are very sorry and are truly saddened when we learn that things are not being handled discreetly. Thank you for shopping with us and have a wonderful day. -Alex and Heather

This is my second pair of this brand
This is my second pair of Gary Snap-On Euroflex Urethane diaper Pants . I would still have the first one but I accidently left it in a bathroom stall at a movie theater and didn't realize it until I got home 30 miles away. These are great and do the job! And LL Medico is the best place to get them by far!

Solution to the problem
My husband is now 4 weeks post prostate cancer surgery. He is now cleared for swimming, however, he needed protection as his inconstinence challenge continues to improve. The "Netti Combi-Aqua Incontinence Swimwear" was an answer to his challenge. Swimming is his avenue for exercise. This swimwear has allowed him to swim without concern. This is the only product that I could find to help. Thank you so much for developing this quality support. It worked!!!
