We received someone else’s order…
We received someone else’s order instead of the order that we placed. And then when I reached out to customer service, I don’t think that it was expeditiously taken care of. I thought the proper way to resolve. This would’ve been to have our missing items sent overnight, not a possible overnight or next day, which would be Friday now for our delivery. I don’t really think the customer service was sympathetic, or showed any real empathy in regards to the screwup with the order.

Ordered the medium northshore pack pals…
Ordered the medium northshore pack pals and are amazing true to its fit and hold well and so satisfying to wear and very good to it's use compared to others and just fit great and go well with any occasion will continue to order them
