Displeased!!!!
Will not give my money back, honest mistake. No one ever calls you when transactions don't go through like the site states. But they are going to keep my money.

Easy to use
Easy use. Need to be aware of referring a person. Not crediting points as advertised update 12/8/16 - after receiving a replay from llamaelsalvador with the instructions to follow to get the credit, i would like them to know that that was the way we did it following theirs instructions. No credit had being applied to my account.

In order to earn Thank You points, you need to: 1. send your referral code to a friend (you can do this easily by adding your friend's email in the Thank You points section on My Information page) 2. your friend needs create a new account on LlamaElSalvador.com 3. when your friend places their first order, you receive 500 Thank You points. You will be able to convert your points into free Voice Credit when you reach 1,000 points, so after you refer 2 friends. Your LlamaElSalvador.com team _________________________________________________________________ LATER EDIT: You can only receive Thank You points if your friend's account is completely different from yours and contains new information, that has never been registered in our system. In this case, your friend has the same address as you and used the same credit card to place his first order. Unfortunately, he does not qualify to bring you 500 Thank You points.

Son estafadores porque Auque no caiga la recarga siempre retiran el dinero del bancos
No llano me gusta porque Auque no caiga la recarga ellos te rretiran el dinero del banco hoy me acaba de pasar eso y dos intentos ise y en las dos beses me retiraron mi dinero del banco

Estimada Delia, Usted eligió el operador Claro El Salvador y este nos ha informado que el número que ha elegido no es un número prepago. Solamente se pueden enviar recargas a números que tengan un plan prepago. Le aconsejamos que revise de nuevo la información del teléfono móvil, tal vez sea conveniente confirmar con el propietario del teléfono. Por lo tanto sus 2 ordenes realizadas en fecha 10/29/2016 fueron canceladas y el dinero le va ser devuelto a su cuenta de banco. Su equipo LlamaElSalvador.com

alto costo por la transaccion.
Entiendo que este medio sirve para la transaccion del producto requerido, lo cual no es un problema ,lo que no entiendo es porque si ya este medio a cobrado por la transaccion ,porque tigo cobra 0.50 centavos de dolar mas cuando el recipiente recive la recarga , por ejemplo : si hago una carga de $ 5.00 eso suma casi $ 8.00 más los $ 0.50 sentavos =$ 8.50 . me sale mejor mandar el dinero y que el recipiente recargue aya en El Salvador .

Hola, Gracias por su mensaje! Algunos de los operadores a los que se envían recargas (incluso Tigo) pueden cobrar el IVA, pero desafortunadamente eso es algo que no podemos controlar. Tampoco tenemos control sobre el tipo de cambio, que se impone por el operador local. Su equipo LlamaElSalvador.com
