In the month of May I made three top-ups for a Claro El Salvador telephone number, none was delivered but they did charge me and they did not return the money despite not having provided the service !!!!

I been using Llama Honduras and Llama…
I been using Llama Honduras and Llama El Salvador to Top Up a few numbers , sometimes I was told nothing happened no recharge!! My answer is I did it!! Maybe is not your fault but Claro or Tigo make you look bad , now I'm trying Xoom and is been working fine cause I send money too , internet I was told no problem but regular minutes recharge get lost sometimes .
