Purchased a wheel from them 3 times. Every time they sent the wrong size wheel. I don't think they know how to measure a wheel. Total waste of time. Don't worry, as it only takes about 10 days to get your money back. It is difficult to believe that a company this large having such bad service. Never again.

If I could do minus 10 stars I would if anyone reads this don’t bother even opening up the web page as you will get scammed. The worst company to call itself a company ever. 2-3 day means 3 and a half months and no matter how many times I called you lied and lied and lied. Again I was told my parts would arrive next week. And guess what again they haven’t

Een set remblokken gekocht omdat ik ze snel moest hebben. Kosten 143.69 euro Precies dezelfde remblokken via internet 52 euro. Ik snap dat een winkel duurder moet zijn dan via internet maar dit is toch wel schandalig veel meer. Vermijd als particulier deze zaak want je b.etaald het 3 dubbele. Duur leergeld voor mij dus doe er je voordeel mee.

Zeer onbeschoft te woord gestaan en zelfs de deur gewezen toen ik te kennen gaf niet blij te zijn met een schijnbaar niet doorgevoerde bestelling. Een wel vriendelijke collega, die begreep dat dit niet de manier is om met klanten om te gaan, heeft de bestelling alsnog gevonden.

Wat een slecht bedrijf is dit dan... half jaar geleden een onderdeel vervangen op mijn werkbus... binnen een half jaar onderdeel afgebroken... Ondertussen staat mijn bus al weken stil en het bedrijf maa rsmoesjes zoeken... motor moet compleet vervangen worden... misgelopen omzet nog niet mee gerekend... schandalig bedrijf

Is there a way to give LKQ A (-5STARS) terrible customer service LKQ ranking road houston Texas they never answer the phone calling all day and when they finally answer they order the part and the part it’s badly damaged because the parts puller makes $15.00 per part pulled and they brake it just to get it out and make extra money. Before it’s was perfect customer service parts were good and now I know why the STOCK MARKET LKQ ITS DOING TERRIBLE. They can be big but one day because of ALL THE TERRIBLE EMPLOYEES THAT THEY HAVE THEY WILL GO OUT OF BUSINESS.
