Y’all say that all your engines are running and are tested before sent out I previously bought an engine from y’all and it had metal shavings in it so I had to send it back. Good thing I had a warranty so y’all sent me another engine for the engine to be bad as well!!!!!! good thing I have a warranty because I would’ve been out of over $5000 so then y’all tell me y’all tell me get a rebrand engine( a rebuilt engine) so I buy a rebrand engine for $5000 for y’all to process it through my card. Take the money out and call back four hours later and tell me that this is out of stock and y’all may have another one in a month. So now I have to go through the process of getting my money back which takes 2 to 3 days for me to get my money back. Find another engine by another engine take 2 to 3 day process. It should’ve been here on Thursday for Thursday to come and y’all tell me that it will be delivered now on Friday for Friday to come for y’all to tell me that we’re sorry the truck just landed late and it will be delivered on Monday. This is ridiculous. Y’all need to actually test and run your engines before y’all send them out not just because you ran it a month ago you think that it’s still good maybe and also for everyone that sees this review please get a warranty because they’re not 100% certain that these engines are good they’re just telling you what you wanna hear.

The worst customer service they have i've been calling over 100 times for them to pick up a Engine Core and I have been talking to a few people already and they don't want to transfer me to the AUTO service department to get in contact with someone this company is just worthless La peor compañía de partes usadas no atiende nunca el teléfono de nada sirve tanta promoción que se dan como la compañía de partes mas grande de USA si no tienen el personal capacitado ni el suficiente para atender a los que ya somos clientes 😤😡😡😤

Garbage horrible service this place will sell you scrap metal garbage claiming them to be used and working and when you refuse to accept the obviously broken merchandise they act like it’s your fault and that you are annoying them and then after all is said and done and all of your time has been wasted they’ll “mail you a check from Texas” in “about 7-10 days” absolutely ridiculous nonsense garbage place taking my money and holding it hostage because they can’t move with grace and remove the parts carefully instead they just brute force it with heavy equipment and they have the nerve to ask for over half price of the new part as they sell you garbage. No matter where you are coming from this place is a waste of gas, a waste of time, and the people who work here are not worth your business everyone who works here is always in such a bad mood from the one who took my order over the phone to everyone working the back and the desk. I can’t imagine that this place will stay in business much longer with a business model like this selling you junk. Don’t waste your time or your money unless you want “a check from Texas”

If I could give 0 stars I would, this company is a joke. They have ridiculous employees that argue and are rude. I ordered a multifunction switch that is integrated to the steering clock spring. The price of the part with shipping was $130. Blows my mind that I have now been dealing with their uneducated argumentative nonsense since Sept 22nd. They have now sent 3 x wiper switches with NO clock spring, these switches cost 10 dollars. They now are holding their 3rd return label hostage, which is not allowing me to return this crap for my refund. They have horrible customer service, awful hours, rude af employees and they have no idea what they're doing. Every single division in this company has no way to resolve any issue related to online orders. Oh and if they even offer a replacement they won't send it until you drop off the return, and then ya wait for 6 more days for the replacement to find out it's still the wrong *@#$ part. I've already filed with BBB, if you haven't seen their score, check it out!

Replacement engine for a 2015 Cadillac CTS 2.0 RWD. I gave them the vin number of the car so they sold me a 2017 engine, they are different in many ways. Starter, flywheel and motor mount. So after having to spend $350 on the new starter and $75 on the motor mount it worked. What made it even worse was that I asked for the turbo with the engine, guess wasn’t with the engine!?! It took them over 1 week late to deliver on the order promised date. They should know what they are selling and what fits what. I will never buy anything from them again.

If you’re thinking about getting rebuild transmission, please keep going nothing but problems and they make you wait a long period of time Customer Services horrible please do not waste your time and buy anything from IKQ the service is horrible. I shouldn’t have to go to the problems that I’m going through with the transmission. It keeps sending bad transmissions to the shop that’s inconvenient at me. It’s ridiculous how I have to go through this please do not waste your time by from somewhere else. you pay for insurance and you still gotta deal with this to BS.

Fraud corporation. Sent me a 2010 Toyota 2007 hybrid engine when I purchased a classical (traditional) gasoline engine for $1750 and would not take it back for a refund. Cost me and my family a lot including possibly my mother's life. She passed away in 02/2025
