Not a fan
Jared enjoys telling a room of people how much they suck more than he enjoys explaining and helping. There’s better free chat rooms. I mentioned them by name but apparently someone didn’t like that and reporter my comment and I had to edit it out. This one star is for the experience I’ve had with their team, chat room, etc and not for the paid courses After enjoying the Youtube videos I wanted to check out the chat room. So I did the "weekend extravaganza" which doesn't sound like you're signing up for a monthly fee but it was. I didn't even use the month I paid for more than one day where the very few picks weren't winners and it was mostly Jared telling everyone how bad they are with money, how much they suck etc It isn't mean spirited but I prefer channels focused on trading more than lectures about how much we suck. Anmol in the afternoon was quite a bit more enjoyable. Alot more actually. So, after I saw I was recharged for another month I emailed them and asked for a refund which I was told there is no refund for digital goods. But this isn't like a book. This is a month of a chatroom that I obviously did not use since it was maybe 2 days into the month. So maybe that is my fault for not cancelling. I was also trying a different chat and they gave me an email warning about a renewal about to reoccur. I actually paid for that one though. Jared is a good trader. Good teacher. And this is only a low rating for the chatroom and it is mostly because I feel that they don't need to keep my $200 if I asked for a refund on day 1 or 2 of the month of its renewal. I also had a problem where the website wasn't letting me login to get the free book download. I still don't have it. That could be my computer. Although I am computer savvy and never have problems like that otherwise. Their help seems to be short with people and the website seems a clunky.

Hi, as you can see from countless positive reviews, that is not the experience majority of people have. If you sign up for a gym membership or a subscription and you forget to cancel something that YOU signed up for, we don't see how you can blame us for your issue of forgetting to cancel.
