I’m sad that I’ve bought more than one item from them because the amount of money that I have given them for what I thought was going to be an extremely well-made product is not the case. I bought one of their skirts with the pockets and although I have had this skirt for nine months, I have only worn it maybe five times and honestly washed it maybe twice following the directions. I was excited to wear it yesterday and saw that the back seam material is already coming apart and it’s about 10” long. I have clothes that I’ve bought from Walmart that have lasted longer than paying over $100 for these items and having it last only nine months with very little wear. We’re supposed to be paying more money for better material that should also be lasting longer. I’m also going to add that I bought a dress from them and it’s crooked so every time I wear it I feel like I have to shift it over constantly. I emailed them and they could care less because it’s been 9 months. Proceed with caution.

I used to love this company but it seems as though the quality has gone down. And customer service treats you like you’re lying if you need a refund. I wore a shirt one time and it started to come undone at the seem, but because I had owned it for 45 days, they said they can’t help me and I could try selling it in their pre-loved store. Such a wild suggestion for something that has a hole in it. I convinced them to change their mind but only if I donated the shirt, got a receipt for proof of donation and sent them a picture of the receipt within 10 business days, then they’ll refund me. I don’t trust them anymore, this was several messages and I felt like they were blaming me the whole time. I would just save your money here and shop stores with better return policies, or that will own their mistakes and make it right.

I needed customer service through the website and got nowhere. When I resubmitted my request, they claimed they never received anything and still refused to help me with a return. Extremely poor customer service and a disappointing experience — especially considering the premium I paid for this product. I won’t be doing business with them again.

The quality of the material was awful. Paper thin and clearly directly from a factory in China. In addition, they have extremely poor customer service. Paid for expedited shipping and did not receive the product within the given timeframe. I will never be purchasing from this site again. Save yourself a lot of money and frustration. DO NOT BUY FROM HERE.

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!!! Would not recommend shopping with these guys based on how they treat their customers. I sent a return package, used the kiosk to print the labels and threw the package into the metal bin on the wall at the post office. That is the last status update from USPS, the package is lost and I have filled a missing report. Because the package didn't magically change status when I threw it into the bin, they have made it clear they think I am a liar and told me that until the status changes to "in transit" they refuse to do anything, or offer any help. So now I am out $200 because the post office lost/never scanned the package. I would also highly recommend against ever calling your customers liars. BEWARE I tried to plead my case on Instagram and Facebook, and instead of helping they immediately blocked me on both platforms. seems to be their MO based on other platforms.

I had a coupon for this website and ordered a skirt that came in many colors. The one I ordered fit well but was quite ugly (did not match the photo online). I asked if I could exchange it for another color and was told I could only exchange for the same color otherwise I would lose my discount. I will not be shopping here again.

I spend ~$500 a year on clothes from Sozy, and until recently never had a problem. My latest order, they sent me the wrong item. I returned it in exchange for the correct item. However, they only gave me a partial refund and claimed the item I returned was damaged. They sent pictures of an item that was not the one I returned, "proving" the damage. I tried to dispute this, and the customer service rep, Mikaela, refused to engage. Per FTC law, if a retailer sends you the wrong item, you aren't obligated to return it at all. I then looked at the return on their website, and it looks like I was charged $21.60 for shipping for a mistake THEY made. They then lied to cover it up. Will never shop there again.
