They sent an unlicensed
They sent an unlicensed, unaffiliated Craig’s List handyman to do the $1800 professional installation. He had never installed a sauna and had to call multiple “friends” to come help him figure it out. Needless to say, it didn’t work properly and when he returned to “fix” charged us an additional $300. Didn’t even know who he had been hired by. Pretty sure this is illegal in Nevada given scope of project. Beware of this scam.

Your sauna installation was completed on August 1st; the installation team provided us with photos of the work, and you did not report any issues or functional problems. Twenty days later, you claimed to have been extorted by the installation team, alleging that the company we engaged was operating without a license; consequently, we provided you with the team's registration certificate and proof of insurance. We require you to provide evidence that the installation team demanded $300. Otherwise, we have reason to suspect that you are attempting to avoid paying the installation fees after having already received the service.
