My cold plunge came in and is perfect. The craftsmanship of the wood is superior in every way to the sauna I had bought from a very expensive company. This is well made, works perfectly and the only regret is not buying their sauna. If you are timid on the purchase I assure you, you will get more than what you expect w this company.
