It's horribly hard to figure out and takes forever to load a video. On other platforms I can load a video in seconds. It took two hours to load a 5min video on here.

Hey, Are you a Customer? I couldn't find such username in our database. Anyways, it feels bad seeing you finding trouble with your dashboards, but you could have asked our Live chat support to figure out why the upload process is taking so long for you ONLY and not with the other creators that we have. We are very flexible in support, and helping with importing videos from variety of platforms, our team even agrees to import customers videos from an external platform too but ONLY when you are customer and not a FREE user. No, the app is not horrible but easier (according to our customers) and if it is then you must provide details what went wrong and if this is your first time doing Live streaming with a cloud service. There is always a learning curve for users not familiar with live streamign services and we have got Live chat support for to help you with that. Let us know if you want to learn, because unlike other platforms, we want to give you the best in-app support, more features and the most affordable pricing in the market.
