We’ve been using Livepush to manage 20+ YouTube channels, and overall it’s a reliable and cost-effective solution, especially for 24/7 pre-recorded streaming. Their support team is also very responsive and open to feedback. The main limitation for us is the lack of recurring/back-to-back scheduling for multiple fresh live events, which makes managing a large number of shorter streams more manual than we’d like. Hopefully this is something they’ll add in the future. Overall, a solid platform for multi-channel streaming.

It is highly unusual in my experience to have knowledgeable helpful tech support that offer written instructions on how to proceed on the initial support contact. Normally it takes at least two or more levels up and a week just to get a reply which normally ends without results. Livepush offer services that are normally hidden or deliberately made nebulous which gets referred to a costly consultant. Wahaj Knows his job and has detailed answers. Refreshing.

My company has been using Livepush now for 2 months, previously we were using a wowza stream engine that buffered all the time. No problems up to now, customer service is excellent, we plan to expand their service use over the next 6 months.

I am a user from Japan and would like to share my experience. I stream long-form lo-fi videos and needed to upload large files (over 60GB). They even assisted with importing large files via Dropbox links, which was very helpful due to my internet upload limitations. After upgrading my storage plan, everything worked smoothly.
