Live Play Casino takes forever to get verified and when I got verified the sweepstake’s site still didn’t let me redeem. I give a no star rating actually but I guess one of these sweepstake’s sites was going to be bad after finding several sites good.

I would never recommend this site to anyone they let you verify your account and put money onto it and when you go to claim your prize the lock your account.. stay way from this one if you want to keep your money

Scam. Gave me the run around about why my redemptions were taking so long. Then after a month tell me their security dept denied my $4500 redemption because I had multiple accounts. Which I did not. So now I'm locked out with no winnings.

Scam. 100%. They will take your payment then kick you immediately after. Then when you try to re log it says player blocked. Quite literally purchased and was kicked .05 seconds after. Save yourself the trouble.

UPDATE: They finally paid me today 5/23/25… Do not add money on this site. I’m lead to believe it’s a scam! I talk to the same customer service representative Jane, every time. I redeemed for $100 and they cancelled it a couple times and now it’s just pending. It’s been weeks. She keep saying they’re processing it and is going to get to it as soon as possible. Funny how they got around to it quickly to cancel but not quickly to pay out. I get the same emails over and over. They have all of our information and I believe they are scamming everyone!

If I could give negative stars to this casino site it would be -10000000. DO NOT I REPEAT DO NOT PURCHASE ANY PACKAGE OR SPEND A SINGLE PENNY ON THIS SITE. IT'S A SCAM! Absolutely horrible casino. You cannot even do the redeem process. Kept saying camera was off. That’s false and I tried on 4 different devices. Run from this site. It’s fraud !!!!!
