I made a deposit and it took two days to get it because of technical maintenance which they never sent a email or anything saying they will be under maintenance and with that being said they were still allowing deposit from customers knowing they couldn't honor their money. Then I get my deposit and win and go to redeem my winnings to my bank because it says instant withdrawal to find out it's not instant and im still waiting. I confront them about the withdrawal being instant and said I'll show them a screen shot and they went and removed the instant withdrawal and re worded it..... They are hands down a crappy casino with horrible customer service! My account will be closed once done receiving my winnings.

I won 300 dollars and went redeem and they said because of a glitch of their fault that they retracted my balance, voided my winnings and just told me sorry. So in others words they just took all my money knowing the outcome would be different when I played again and sure enough didn’t win anything. They didn’t even give me comp anything for their mistake. Just took my money and ran with it. Every other casino I have played honor their mistakes not this one. Recommend looking at the 200 other casinos then playing here
