LivePlanReviews of liveplan.com

I canceled my Live Plan account ages ago, at least a year. Recently, a full annual subscription amount was put through on my credit card out of the blue. I did not authorize this. I see on here that this has happened to others - failure to reimburse, unauthorized charges, failing to cancel a canceled account. Now they want me to log in and go through a full refund application?! This company appears to generate income from scamming people. Don't recommend allowing them to have your credit card info. I will edit my review if they handle this appropriately by canceling my account, destroying my credit card information, and reimbursing the unauthorized charges ASAP.

Easy platform to work on and efficient/coherent display of data.

Im still learning the software but found it to be very useful in setting goals and milestones and tracking them.

I canceled my account a month ago, but my credit card was charged again. I requested a refund, which was denied. Relying on unauthorized charges is a poor business practice. If you cannot handle cancellations online and promptly, then avoid issuing credit cards and stop auto-renewals. When you see there is tons of negative review here and there, you should fix your system. I expect a full refund, as my account shows that I haven’t accessed it in the past 30 days; I'm not using your service. I only tried it for a few days before canceling my account.

Worst customer service I can remember.. My account was set up with a typo in the email address and no confirmation or verification was required. Their customer service representatives have ignored multiple requests to cancel my a count and instead claim the issue is being dealt with by another department, that they do not give me any contact details or reference for. I only used the software for about half an hour and have not been able to access my account t since. They continue to draw payments from my card despite my appeals. I am disgusted by the lack of service I have received from their support team. Daylight robbery is the term that comes to mind. Their response below claims that this has been resolved but that is an outright lie. They are faster at responding to reviews than they are emails.

Liveplan is a scam. I was just charged $360 that was never authorized. I've never even heard of this company before the charges showed up on my bank account. DO NOT GO NEAR THIS COMPANY. They need to return the money they stole from me.

I canceled the software and a month later they removed money from my account again, and when I tried to get a hold of them, it was chat only. The only way I could get a refund is to fill out a form. First of all, I canceled the previous month, and the team member claimed I put the account on hold. Ok well if that was the case, they should only be charging 2.99 not 20 dollars. This company preys on the auto removal of money every month and when you try to cancel, its difficult. Buyer beware!!!!

LivePlan is a very intuitive system. Their AI made getting my thoughts together so easy. What would have taken me months, took me only 12-14 hours. I now have a cohesive business plan and I'm working on getting investors.
