The soaps are great! Love the scents but the customer service is non existent! I placed an order for a Christmas gift and it never arrived. Tracking said it was delivered but nothing on my porch or mailbox. Sent over 6 emails to them with zero response! Still getting the automated emails wanting me to buy but absolutely nothing from a real human. Disappointing!

Absolutely love everything I've ordered!! Got a soap sampler and Blazing Saddles and The Gambler are amazing! The other scents aren't too shabby either 🤠 I have a serious Outlaw addiction!!

Love the scent and how I feel after the shower too. Only disappointment is to see that the soap only seemed to have lasted a few showers vs other store bought soaps. Definitely will buy again!

Ok to everyone reading here's the thing...this company and their products are in a word, excellent! Incredible smelling soaps, colognes, and lotions that are made from natural ingredients that most importantly are backed by customer service that is second to none. Error in the order, they'll fix it. Mix up with an address, they'll fix it for you. Even if the items are damaged during the shipping process the good old boys and girls at Outlaw will replace it for you. I am happy with this company and their products and now recommend them to everyone I know.

It was a bit disappointing to receive such small “samples” for the price.

I have bought both the shower gel and bar soap in multiple fragrances for my husband. They all smell yummy and he likes the way they rinse clean. I even bought the sample bars for his travel bag. I’m a fan!!

What I will say is marketing on all your soaps is fantastic! Specifically fire in the hole is what this review is for. I wanted to love this soap. Based on its marketing I was expecting a wonderful pungent smack in the face. While the soap does smell pleasant, it’s not reminiscent of gunpowder, whisky, fire and bacon. Deeper and more importantly, after washing my face with the soap I noticed a mild burning sensation. Having no known allergy and using a similar style soap this was alarming. I’d be willing to try another soap but at the price point, it’s not worth my risk.
