Great service, but it would have been nice to be able to get both our signatures notarized at the same time and not have to pay twice for 1 piece of paper

Hi Molly, Thanks for the 5-star rating. We appreciate any and all feedback as this will help us improve our service. We're working on a feature to enable multiple signers in one session and would be up pretty soon. That saves both time and money. Best, LiveNotary Team

I had to call in a total of 7 times to get one document notarized, and once it was finalized and paid for, the website refused to let me download it as it wanted me to pay for the document again.
Response from LiveNotaryJan 5, 2021
Hi Everett, Thanks for your feedback. We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience you had in getting your document notarized. This is not the kind of experience we want to give our customers. Though our platform is pretty new and should not be an excuse, know that we are doing our very best to make it accessible as smooth as possible. Glad that our Engineering Team was able to fix the issue right away and you should be able to access the document. I hope you will kindly reconsider the 1-star rating and we'll truly appreciate that. We appreciate any and all feedback as this will help us improve our service. Best, LiveNotary Team
