I ordered a bunch of proteins and supplements from Japan. This order looked shipped immediately. But even after the promised three weeks passed, they didn't even provide a workable tracking code. The page of the tracking code only showed error. The most frustrating part is the reluctance of the customer support team. They don't react proactively until I request something. Still, my order hasn't arrived, but they refuse to cancel. It's very sad because their products are good but its retail service is terrible. You should avoid it. EDIT: 2026/08/08 Arrived 6 weeks after i ordered. I also reviewed on their site but they haven't shown my review yet. EDIT: 2026/08/12 They refund 50%.

I am reviewing the Whey Protein Isolate 10-Travel Packs - Strawberry. I just had my first pack, it was way too sweet than I expected. I mixed as directed on the pack, with 12 oz of water. Then even I diluted with 24 oz of water, it still tasted sweet to me. Just be aware.

So the product quality is really, really good. It's so good that I pay an extra 30 dollars for shipping every time I order from Momentous, because I have it shipped to Germany. In addition, the customer support is also really, really good. I haven't had any problems so far. It was always delivered on time and was top quality.

The two stars are not for the quality of the products at all. That is five stars. It has become so completely unaffordable. I use many of their supplements monthly and spend over $300.00 easily. The whey protein powder doesn't even last one month so I'm ordering it just about every other week because shipping takes so long. I just received another email today, about price increases for almost every product I'm using, not small amounts either, and it's become something I can't continue with. I know they say the cost is moving on to the customer because they won't compromise quality, which I understand, but if you make it unaffordable for everyone except athletes and people with a lot more money than the average person we are pushed to the lower quality alternatives anyway. I've come to really rely on the supplements and get a lot of benefits from them. I can't however, choose between supplements and paying my bills.

I have to say I do like the momentous creatine powder, but for the momentous creatine, chewable tablets not a fan I can’t believe you have to chew 5 tablets for 5g yet you use a scoop of powder that’s the size of half of one of these for 5g I think they can do better with that for the price you pay. I feel like you’re not getting your moneys worth with the chewables. Great taste poor execution.

The customer service department at Momentous is second to none, they are kind, easy to understand and they are so happy to help! I love the Omega 3s supplement both for quality and for results, the subscription program is great and so easy to shift any time you may need to. Loving my experiences with Momentous!

I just recived the protein powder that was barley over half full. It's bad enough they don't give you 30 scoops for a full month. Now I am getting just a little over a half full cantainer.. unacceptable to me!
